All of the patients will be kept anonymous and they will be listed in the database with a progressive number and the identifier of the centre. Every sample will be created from the popolation served by specialized centers.
Subjects will be matched one to one with a control sample.
The Area Cohordinators (at the second level) and the General Cohordinators (at the third level) will select randomly, a group of patients from all the national samples respecting the proportion of populations according to the National Demographic Surveys.
Data retrieval, with specific attention to security and encrypting, will be managed by “ Sapienza” University of Rome. An Electronic Patient Record has been implemented with automatic protocols for data analysis.
